The "Photo List" application does not collect or store data other than for the items listed below.

Photo List Webservice

The "Photo List mobile app" is backed by a "Photo List webservice" that in turn calls the OpenAI API webservice. The "Photo List webservice" primarily stores information relating to the number of times a user has called the webservice ensuring that the user does not exceed thier monthly quota of calls to the OpenAI API webservice, Individual photos or responses are not stored by the service.

OpenAI API

The "Photo List webservice" is backed by the "OpenAI API webservice". Please see the privacy policy for OpenAI here: "https://openai.com/policies/row-privacy-policy/". The "Photo List webservice" forwards user submitted images to the "OpenAI API webservice" for translation to text but does forward additional user identifiable information.

Play Store

If you installed "Photo List" from Google Play, then Google Play does collect some personal data. Please see the privacy policy for Google Play Services here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
