What we collect
If you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write in your message. We don't collect anything else through this website.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to any follow-up conversation you start. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a question you've asked us.
Who handles it for us
- Formspree, Inc. delivers contact form submissions to us. Formspree hosts its service with Amazon Web Services in the United States and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
- Microsoft hosts our email, through Microsoft 365.
How long we keep it
We delete enquiries once they're resolved, and within 12 months at most, from both Formspree and our mailbox.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't load anything from other companies. Links to other sites, such as Microsoft Marketplace and YouTube, take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
